The Human Resources (HR) Department of Oikos Property Developments is responsible for managing and developing the company’s human resources, ensuring effective staffing, smooth management of employment relationships, and the creation of an organised, fair, and supportive working environment.

The department works closely with the company’s leadership and department managers to address business needs, attract and retain qualified employees, and continuously improve the employee experience.
